Came in with interest in a used car I saw online. I called ahead and was connected to Mike. Mike already had the car warmed up, snow cleared off, and parked in the front of the dealership. After a few formalities, he allowed my wife and I to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. I was quite pleased with his overall demeanor, and direct nature of communication. He did not fit the typical used cars salesman. Nothing about him seemed "slick" or "dishonest." I was quite pleased as was my wife. All in all a great and positive buying experience. More
