I brought my truck in to diagnose and fix a rattling
noise from the rear. It sounded like it was coming from the heat shield. The service technician later called to say it was ready, noting they had als

Within an hour of picking it up, the exact same rattling noise came back. The issue was not fixed, despite being told it was.
Very disappointing experience and a clear lack of proper diagnosis. I wasted my time and now have to schedule another visit, but it will not be here. For a dealership service, I expected better attention to detail. I would not recommend this service department. They also quoted over $1,000 to replace spark plugs and wires, which I declined.

I had a $20 coupon from GM towards an oil change. I was told it would cost more if I used the coupon, which made no sense. They now charge a fee if you use a credit card, which they never did before. I'll have to rethink going back there for service. I've leased at least six cars from there. There is new ownership at this dealership, which might explain the increase in prices. Not the same dealership any more.

I recently had an oil change for my Chevrolet Equinox. When I was told the price, $120, I asked if they had raised the price, I was told yes, within the last couple of weeks.
