I really like my 2016 F-150 and I worried about have it taken care of by a place that knew what they were doing. Truck City Ford is such a place. I was a little concerned about an intermittent rough idle. The service manager took my truck out for a test drive and did extensive computer diagnostics. It was determined the engine was just fine and I was told there would be no charge. Can you imagine that? No charge! My heart skipped a beat. I thought I was being transported back in time to where the customer came first and not just the amount of money that could be squeezed out of him. Thank you Truck City Ford. I am very impressed. Truck City Ford has been fantastic to work with us on getting our Ford based Motorhome serviced. We returned from a 2-week trip with a whining sound in the cabin. The service manager, Mike Rogers, had hi getting our Ford based Motorhome serviced. We returned from a 2-week trip with a whining sound in the cabin. The service manager, Mike Rogers, had his service tech ride with me so I could point out the sound. I told Mike we only had 2 weeks before we were scheduled somewhere else. They identified the sound as originating in the transmission. The issue required the transmission to be replaced. They worked with Ford to get the transmission in (covered by the Ford Power-train warranty) and installed on a fast schedule. When I picked up the Motorhome, I told Mike that I had not received any information on the Ford warranty from the motorhome dealer. I asked him where I could find it. Although he had a lot of paperwork on his desk that had to be finished, he took the time to print out the warranty for my VIN. I highly recommend Truck City Ford for their expertise and suprub customer service culture!!!! More
