Jared was my salesperson who answered all my questions even at 9pm through the website chat.Kelly lwith financing was understanding and did everything to make my purchase go smoothly and effortlessly. Jeff in service was diligent and helpful. I was able to have my car seviced although the part was not covered!! Absolutely incredible dealership and I was recommended by Veronica a friend of mine who stated how great her purchase went. I would like to add that I didn't go with BMW works due to how things were going. I would suggest Sears above all dealerships. And I searched for a car for over a year and have lots of different stories with what I went through. I can sleep at night happy that my car is below blue book value and in excellent condition. I was welcomed and always felt like I was a long time customer, even though I had never bought a vehicle there before. I could not afford new, but they had a good selection of previously owned. Mine happened to be 10 years old with only 63,000 miles. The used car manager welcomed me, as did the store manager. William my final salesman was very helpful and considerate all the way from start to finish. A great place to buy a car. More
