Best place to get your new Honda I purchased a new Honda Civic here in 2018. Over the past 10 months my wife and i fell completely in love with the car. John Mouroulis was great and f I purchased a new Honda Civic here in 2018. Over the past 10 months my wife and i fell completely in love with the car. John Mouroulis was great and facilitated the entire purchase process. Almost an exact year later, I was ready for another new Honda Civic. I actually shopped around a all of the Honda dealerships near to me in the Los Ángeles County area, but I was getting extremely high prices and the service I was receiving made me want to reconsider the idea of even buying a new car. I remembered how great my experience was with John, and I decided to give John a call to see what’s up. Immediately John provided outstanding service, and i agreed to meet again immediately. I was again excited about buying a new Honda Civic, and with John facilitación skills, it was done. I can’t explain in this limited context how happy I am with the new Honda Civic that I drove home. I wouldn’t be surprised if I return in 12 months for another new Honda, I fell in love with the Black Edition Pilot. I highly recommend everyone to consider making your next new or used Honda purchase at Weir Canyon Honda. Before the Honda Civics I have only owned Acura cars, they are beautiful, reliable and fun. You can also check out Weir Canyon Acura right next door. I can’t wait to see the 2020 Acura TLX Type-S. Don’t tell my wife. See you again soon John, but for my wife’s sake, not too soon lol. O e final note: the manager of the day was so freaking amazing, my purchase wouldn’t have been successful with out him. I remember his first name was Mike, but I honestly suck more than anyone at remembering names so please forgive me for not being able to identify which exact Mike it was. total unpleasant experience Have you purchased a brand new vehicle with only 1 set of keys, and be told by your dealership that the other set was lost? well, you will be if you Have you purchased a brand new vehicle with only 1 set of keys, and be told by your dealership that the other set was lost? well, you will be if you buy from Weir Canyon Honda! You will also be told that it is normal that the key is misplaced or lost, and that instead of accommodating your time and resolve the situation, you will receive proud comment from the sales team such as "well, we are replacing your key for free!". The sales manager also likes to resolve your frustration by saying "it sounds like you're looking to get some free stuff out of this..." or "if you rate us 10/10 at receipt of the customer survey, then I will get you the accessory that you negotiated for during purchase for free"... And on top of all of that, you will also be told that they made a mistake on your contract and will cost you more time to go back and forth to re-sign and correct the contract. Fun? I suppose that Honda Corporate loves to hear about this and the Helpful Honda Guys campaign is working great! More
