I use Arlington Toyota as my dealer for purchasing new cars and also to service them. Just had service performed and Service Advisor Mike Sandelin was outstanding. He keeps you informed throughout the vis cars and also to service them. Just had service performed and Service Advisor Mike Sandelin was outstanding. He keeps you informed throughout the visit, explains what repairs are needed and reviews the costs. He's wonderful to have as a service advisor. More

Very disappointed with the service. Could not fix after having my truck for almost 3 months, and still cost labor fee. If Toyota can’t fix there product, where else can I take it. Been a customer for more than 10 years, even brought my daughter here to buy her car. I've historically appreciated great service at this dealership but my last experience was the worst I've ever had at a daughter here to buy her car. I've historically appreciated great service at this dealership but my last experience was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. I brought my car in for brake service and maintenance, filters, belts, etc., and the usual inspection. They gave my car back with broken air filter box and a dead battery after $998 worth of work and a supposed inspection. It took two days to fix and should have taken a few hours. I had to have the car jumped to leave and stopped at AutoZone on the way home to get my battery checked. They checked it, noted it was defective and had it replaced in 20 minutes. I still can't believe this dealership has gone down so much so fast. Very disappointing. My customer service guy was clearly disappointed as well, but I'm having a hard time seeing myself going back. More

Beautiful Service Department, I have been using Arlington Toyota since 2011. My Service Representative is Mike he is fabulous in every way possible, he goes out of his way to get you the best service ever. Toyota since 2011. But it’s the service after the sale that makes the difference in satisfaction. Perfect in every aspect of service. Best ever place to buy a vehicle and continue with service maintenance. More

I have been a customer at Arlington Toyota for years, as far back as when they were located on the Arlington Expressway! I love their brand new building on Atlantic Blvd. next to Craig Field, especially the far back as when they were located on the Arlington Expressway! I love their brand new building on Atlantic Blvd. next to Craig Field, especially the service lane! ~ To be honest, I have not bought all my cars at AT through the years. But so many of them have been Toyotas and all of my Toyotas have gone to AT for Service. I have always had excellent service from AT’s Service Department. In recent years I have relied upon Michael Sandelin and Steve McLendon to shepherd my car through the service I requested and always call me with updates, especially if they find something that needs work but wasn’t on the work order. ~ In 2014, we bought a brand new RAV4 Limited from Arlington Toyota, and it has always been serviced there, too. Then, in early 2019, I bought a new 2019 RAV4 — used! — from a “brand X” dealer. But I immediately brought her to AT for all her service. ~ I will always bring my Toyotas to AT from this day forward as long as I continue to receive 4 and 5-star service and work with really great people like Mike and Steve. ~ And did I mention, I love the brand new building? More
