Mike Schmidt worked diligent We have been very pleased with our previous experiences at Beau Townsend Ford, and our most recent has been no exception. Mike Schmidt worked diligently via multiple phone calls and emails to other dealerships to locate the car with all the features we were looking for, and he kept us informed of the status of his search. When we picked up our new car, he spent significant time with us patiently reviewing all the bells and whistles, even though I'm sure we kept him late. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Mike! More

In dire need Our only family car was undriveable on Sunday. I did an application on the internet. The next day we were in a car and driving out of the parking lot. Great Experience Spending 4 and a half hours with Mike Schmidt, our sales rep, was entertaining, engaging, informative, and totally pleasurable. He went out of his way Spending 4 and a half hours with Mike Schmidt, our sales rep, was entertaining, engaging, informative, and totally pleasurable. He went out of his way to tell us about the cars and their features, even offering a newly traded vehicle which we wound up buying. The car was immediately available for our test drive and then promptly prepared for our delivery. We considered the price of the car to be very reasonable (but I always look for a great price). We'd buy another car from Beau Townsend and Mike any day. More

We received a prompt and friendly greeting from Mike Schmidt. He was quick to get us the Focus that my wife and I had come to look at. After our test drive was over I was really impressed with Mike's kn Schmidt. He was quick to get us the Focus that my wife and I had come to look at. After our test drive was over I was really impressed with Mike's knowledge on the product and on our finance options. Ken was great to deal with in the finance office. I did not receive the high pressure sales tactics that I have received from other dealers. My wife and I were definitely impressed with both Mike and Ken.
