We went to the dealership to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. However we ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. This is one reason we returned to the dealership to make our purchase. Mike took time to explain the systems of the vehicle after our purchase and offered to be of assistance if at any time we had any questions. We were mostly satisfied with our experience. We felt our trade could have been worth more but accepted the offer due to storage issues at home. We have been customers with this dealership and Mike Schmidt for years and have even brought in other business for this dealership. We have a Ford dealership very close to us and chose to continue to drive to Vandellia to deal with Mike. I just feel that your repeat customers should feel like they are getting the best deal and we just don't feel that we did. We do like the vehicle we ended up with. More

We had been focused on a Ford Fusion. We had been to another Ford dealer previously and had been offended by the high pressure sell we got from the salesman. I rated the price as GOOD and not GREAT, because I would have liked to receive more for my trade in. After final "negotiations", we reached an equitable deal.
