Hi Gleb, Just to follow up, I escalated your feedback to our service manager Mike Cooper. He apologizes that you were not informed of the delay and helped at that time. Nobody would want to spend any more time than necessary on their wedding anniversary in a dealership service department! We are putting a credit in the system for you for $55 that you spent on the service. The credit will remain in our system for you until it is used.
