Drove in, was asked to pull forward by someone, did that. Entered the service rep area and nobody so much as greeted me. After some time, Mr. Schneider beckoned me to approach the rep desk. His attitude was off-putting, bordering on unpleasant. He also tried to pass off an incorrect estimate as the requested service. Careless, checked out, unfriendly are words that describes the experience perfectly. Perhaps Mr. Schneider was just having a bad day. However, the customer experience does matter. Will not be returning unless the experience improves. More

Resetting Scheduled Oil change and Tire Rotation Light This is the last time I will receive service from Bredemann Toyota. The tire rotation and oil change schedule light should have been reset, which was This is the last time I will receive service from Bredemann Toyota. The tire rotation and oil change schedule light should have been reset, which was failed to be done not once but twice on two separate occasions. And it always happens to be whenever I come in for an appointment with this dealer. For me to waste my time, money, and energy to come all the way out here to reset a simple button that takes 5 seconds is infuriating. This is how you lose customers. More

Repeat Customer First off the main reason that I went to Bredemann in the first place is because of Mike Schneider in the service department. Mike is awesome! I went in to buy a new Toyota Sienna and trade in the same vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with John Molina. John was terrific. John was great - he wasn't pushy and was pretty honest. My only issue is with the car buying process in general. It would be awesome if you could go into a place and be in an out in an hour, but I understand. John took good care of us and provided a great experience. Jesus Padir was the finance guy for us. He did a fantastic job and we were all on the same page. I'll be back time and time again as long as you keep Mike Schneider happy! I even put 5 stars on the price for my review, even though there is never a low enough price. I feel I could have haggled a little more, but I just wanted to get this thing done, so I'm happy. More

Excellent Service I purchased my Toyota Tacoma in 2007 from Classic Toyota in Waukegan. Living in Niles I immediately began taking my truck to Bredemann Toyota for all I purchased my Toyota Tacoma in 2007 from Classic Toyota in Waukegan. Living in Niles I immediately began taking my truck to Bredemann Toyota for all of its service. My first service consultant was Mike Cooper who is now the service manager and he was always professional and never steered me wrong. Now the service consultant I deal with is Mike Schneider. He is awesome. I have been dealing with Mike for about 4 years now. Very professional guy and very trustworthy. I love having my truck serviced at Bredemann. Just had it in for an oil change and brake job and they did an excellent job. Great dealership and when I am ready to buy a new Tacoma I will be shopping here. Keep up the great work Bredemann. More

This is the 6th car we have purchased from the Bredemann family starting in 1978. We have purchased 1 Buick, 2 Toyota, 1 Lexus and 1 Scion, and now a RAV4. The RAV4 was made possible by our sales person, Dave Lurie, and the sales manager, Brian Monks. They were both a real pleasure to work with. With regard to their service department, they do a fine job in accommodating their customers. As far as we are concerned, they have a winning team of personnel! More

We have had a long and great relationship with this dealership, going back almost 25 years, highlighted by both excellent sales and service. On the sales side, we would like to especially mention the caring and highly professional manner of Nestor Ambrosio from whom we have purchased several new cars in recent years. We appreciate Nestor's integrity - - he is a wonderful representative of Bredemann as is the local sales manager, Brian Monks. We also love the service at Bredemann. Worth a special mention is the excellence of service consultant Shawn Holden who has become a trusted advisor to us in caring for our Toyota vehicles over the long haul.
