Beware of the service department The service department at Bredemann Toyota will fleece you by trying to sell unnecessary repairs. Take you car in at your own risk. Shortly after the service advisor Michael Schneider told my dad that the power steering rack was leaking and it would cost $2100 to fix it. The manager looked at the car and discovered that someone doubled up on the washer to widen the gap and make the fluid leak on purpose. SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! Michael Schneider and other dishonest mechanics should lose their job for being unscrupulous thieves! I will tell all my friends and relatives to stay away from Bredemann. More

Impressive Treatment Our budget was very limited, we had shopped around, and were also willing to walk if we couldn't find a good deal. But they stayed with us until we c Our budget was very limited, we had shopped around, and were also willing to walk if we couldn't find a good deal. But they stayed with us until we could find a car that met our requirements. In fact, I ended up with a much nicer car than I expected on my budget terms. We think the car was so new to their inventory that they weren't prepared to sell it yet. It was quite dirty, but they cleaned it up before we left. We found scratches on the hood which were touched up 3 days later. When I pointed out black scuff marks on the backside of the front seats, it was immediatley cleaned up. When I picked the car up after the touch up, the salesman even showed me how to set up my Bluetooth. Driving home the first day we had low tire pressure on one tire, filled it up, and it happened 2 days later. Brought the car back and we ended up with a new tire. Every person we were in contact with were professional, friendly, helpful, and definitely made us feel they wanted to help us. They are all chedked below. One other important factor. In spite of our limited budget, they did not embarass us or make us feel humiliated. Jean C. More

Service Department I made an appointment and was told that my wait would be about 20 minutes. A simple oil change ended up in a 2 hour wait. I was becoming impatient and when I came up to the service desk after almost two hours, the representative simply said "Oh yeah, I have your keys right here." Needless to say, service was extremely disappointing. More

The sales consultant (Dave Lurie) was gracious, friendly, patient and knowledgeable demonstrating the various operations of the Camry.and in explaining the different options available in purchasing the car. I received a subsequent offer to review and refresh the various accessories and operations with the sales staff. The sales and service staffs were also helpful and courteous at all times. My rating is FIVE STARS. More

Service Dept was great Had my 10,000 oil change and tire rotation appointment today. Mike Schneider told me it would be a couple of hours. So I set up shop with internet, coffee and settled in for the wait. Imagine my surprise when he came in less than an hour later, and told me it was all done and ready to go! Super friendly, super efficient and super easy in and out. Thanks, Mike! More

Just a slice of heaven I just purchased a new red Toyota Prius from Dave Lurie and I was beyond pleased with the attention and care that I received. You see, David and his sales manager Brian Monks were not just there to sell me a car, but rather were genuinely interested in my needs and desires. This was my very first new automobile and I was a bit worried about high pressure sales. But nothing could be further from the truth. The team, right down to the financing coordinator named Tran Nguyen, assisted me as if I was the most valuable and important person in the world. Nothing would make me happier than to see every single auto dealership in the country bear the Bredemann name. If this were possible, no American citizen would feel hesitant about their purchase of a new car, or the price at which they paid. The service department starting with Mike Schneider were also stellar, and paid very close attention and demonstrated kindness with the small concerns that I had illustrated to them. I felt treated like royalty here. Make no mistake, start... and then happily end, your car shopping needs with the very best dealership in the country! More

I have been a customer at Bredemann's for about 13 years. I have leased and purchased Toyota's from Bredemann's and have always been satifisfied. I have also always had my cars serviced at Bredemann years. I have leased and purchased Toyota's from Bredemann's and have always been satifisfied. I have also always had my cars serviced at Bredemann's and have always been satisified in that department also. I find their service department to be friendly and ready to answer any questions. The quality of service done on my vehicles has always been exemplary and I would recommend Bredemann's to my friends and family. More
