Initially, I wanted another Accord. A friend of mine suggested a CR-V. I contacted Mike and stated my new goal. His professional advice was focused and convincing. Now, I have exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford. I must also comment about Cd'A Honda's reputation as a model dealership. Being a chatty type, I talked with customers while waiting in the service department wing. Amazing! Not a word of complaint about quality and promptness of service.
