Great buying experience, best deal! Once I decided to purchase a new cr-v, I contacted several dealers to see if any could beat the lowest price I'd been quoted. Some were vague "I'll beat it" but no breakdown of taxes and fees, others wouldn't compete or were wishy-washy about it. Ken at Valley Honda immediately gave me the lowest pricing I'd seen in the state with a complete breakdown of taxes and fees. He was prompt to respond to email and we had it all hashed out in a matter of minutes. When we met with Ken he described all the features of the vehicle, showed us how to adjust the settings, and quickly got us out the door in our new car. Mike in finance was fun and friendly and not pushy at all. He described our options for warranty and other add ons and let us decide what we wanted. It really felt like Ken and Mike were there to help us get what was right for our situation and not like they were just trying to make more money. I'd highly recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking for a car! More
