We were lucky that we went to Valley Subaru first because we were introduced to Mike Cole and that's where our great experience really started. Mike knew both cars really well. He took time to understand our needs and, without being pushy, helped us decide that Honda Civic was the way to go. Mike Cole and Ben St. Ours were our contact persons from there as we negotiated the price and financing. While everyone at Valley Honda was helpful in some way, it was really because of Mike Cole that we finally decided to make this purchase from Valley Honda. He was honest, forthright and and very enjoyable to work with. He really made the buying process very easy and hassle free. The only concern was high mileage but he presented documentation on the service at the dealership.
