People working there are great. My main problem is that the car was damaged before it was sold to me and that was never disclosed. To the service department’s credit they corrected My main problem is that the car was damaged before it was sold to me and that was never disclosed. To the service department’s credit they corrected the damage, but I still had to take time to take the car in and pick it up with no compensation offered. The bottom line is I don’t feel I bought a new car, I feel I bought a damaged car. They said it’s not that unusual but what is unusual is that i had to find the damage. It was never going to be disclosed to me. Unsatisfied to say the least More

After a lengthy process of testing my vehicle for an engine problem the dealership was able to replace my engine under the power train extended way. The service department and technicians submitted all engine problem the dealership was able to replace my engine under the power train extended way. The service department and technicians submitted all necessary information to finally have it approved. Once all parts were available they had my vehicle ready within a couple weeks. The service department supplied me with a vehicle the entire time my car was unavailable and always kept me up on what work was going on and a time frame. Always courteous and willing to answer any questions I had. More

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always been happy with the service. They replaced any part that broke during any service for free and they were very honest about it, which is unusual for a repa happy with the service. Outstanding. I have bought several cars from dealerships and my experience last month in purchasing an Outback (2019) was the best ever. The salesperson, Heather was most professional while extremely person and my experience last month in purchasing an Outback (2019) was the best ever. The salesperson, Heather was most professional while extremely personable and patient. The car would've sold itself, but it was Heather that made the experience so memorable and smooth. She is quite knowledgeable and definitely has enthusiasm for the product that she sells. She intently listened to what I was looking for and only focused on that. In the end she was more of a support than a salesperson because that is what I needed. She is eager to please without going overboard. But I decided to write this mostly due to the care that I have received after the sale. Let's face it; most dealerships can do the right things to get cars off their lot, but when the deal is done and the onsite manager, Trey continues with prompt and thorough attention to a problem that I had with the vehicle due to no fault of theirs, that speaks volumes of the integrity of this dealership. I write this with great gratitude to all those, including the service department, who made this experience the best. JF More
