I have worked with multiple service providers here. I would highly recommend all of them, but especially want to mention both Reanna and Chris. Reanna helped with my most recent visit (oil change) and I would highly recommend all of them, but especially want to mention both Reanna and Chris. Reanna helped with my most recent visit (oil change) and Chris helped when I brought my car in for an electrical issue back in December 2022. I have been to a few other VW Dealers for service and the experiences and results were not good. Ganley does a great job, the employees are friendly, and even though there have been some tricky issues in the experiences and results were not good. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always been happy with the service. They replaced any part that broke during any service for free and they were very honest about it, which is unusual for a repa happy with the service.
