My sales person was Ceasar Mack and he made my buying experience absolutely outstanding. We test drove a few cars on my first visit to Miller and he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After my first visit I had left feeling good about The vehicle I had my eyes set on. Before my second visit Ceasar sent me a personalized follow-up to remind me of my first visit and to tell me the car that i was looking at is still availible and waiting for me to come back in to lock in the deal. My second visit started shakey when I found that the payments might not be as low as I would have liked them to be. After another test drive and a little back and forth with the finance department we got me approved at a rate I was comfortable with and started the paperwork while the detail department touched up the car. Caesar Mack was quick and professional when the paper hit the table. We got everything transferred over and into finance in a matter of minutes. The finance manager made quick work of the paperwork as well and had me out and driving as soon as possible. Overall I had an amazing experience with Miller with the sale of my new vehicle and it's all thanks to my friend Caesar Mack. I highly recommend him for all of you New and Preowned vehicle needs. Though I had heard of him, I had never met Ceasar before, and I was not even in the market for a vehicle. I happened to catch one of his "vehicle of the day" videos on Facebook. It was very cool to see Ceasar actually in the car showing off all of its features. The focus was more on the car, and less on him. His sales pitch was very informative, appealing, and low-key without added pressure. It definitely held my interest. By the time I watched the video two or three more times, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I wanted that car. I contacted Ceasar the next morning and we began negotiations and arrangements. The car was a fantastic deal at a great price. The whole staff at Miller made the process very painless. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I drove away in my beautiful new car, everyone employee I met was helpful and attentive. Between the internet force, sales, management, and finance, I was able to preview the lot on my own, be connected to an outstanding salesman and find exactly what I needed, in almost no time. Most impressively, Miller Ford was able to help me dispose of my totaled car for salvage and expense the tow to their own dealership. I even got a little bit back from the salvage for my used car purchase. This was one of the first "adult" purchases I have made and I felt comfortable and welcome to express my thoughts, ideas, options, and opinions. The employees were easy to reach and the dealership's hours were awesome! It was almost like having an extra hour in the day, just when you needed it.
