He knows the vehicles he represents and will make sure you are comfortable with all the technology offered on today’s vehicles. Better terms, no repair bills, and sci-fi level safety tech. The experience at the other dealerships were fine, but MIKE SMITH of McLarty Daniel Ford in Bentonville is the absolute best. From the minute my wife and I met him at the main entrance in late October to yesterday, when I picked up my paperwork and check, Mike has been everything you want in a car dealer--a genuine, sincere, and positive human being. I will spare you the saga of searching the tri-state area waiting for news of the much sought-after Escape PHEV, which is the best deal in the nation since it still qualifies for the $7500 federal tax credit. MIKE SMITH patiently kept his ear perked for any news for over a month, scanning the incoming vehicles for exactly the Escape I wanted. And I FINALLY bought it on December 2. A gorgeous red SEL Plug-in Hybrid. I have already put 978 miles on it, and am still running on the FIRST TANK OF GAS, since I have a short commute--average of 102 MPG at the moment. But that’s a story for another review. MIKE was straight with me when others might be sly. He didn’t talk down to me OR leave me to scratch my head. Best of all, we actually had lots of laughs through the process, which was the quickest and least painful car purchase I have ever had. If there is a better salesman in NWA, I can’t imagine who he would be. Go see MIKE SMITH if you’re in the market. Tell him James Davis sent you. More
