I put in an inquiry for more info on vehicle. Yasmeen called me the next morning, and we scheduled a time to meet. I was greeted by Ali G, who was very friendly. I told him what I wanted , and what I was getting elsewhere and why I didn't close the deal at other dealerships even though I was being told that the other deals I was given were very aggressive. Ali G still promised to see what he could do to try to get me more comfortable with the price I wanted to be at. He came back at the exact number I wanted, with a higher trade in than any other dealer was giving me for my old vehicle. That price and Ali Gs service sealed the deal for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The process was very smooth , and I was in and out within 2.5 hours with a new vehicle, More

Jeep Patriot Purchase I usually dread the "car buying" experience; however, this was without a doubt the most favorable experience in my life. I purchased a 2016 used Patr I usually dread the "car buying" experience; however, this was without a doubt the most favorable experience in my life. I purchased a 2016 used Patriot my son discovered on-line....we walked in and were linked with Paul Falciglia, discussed exactly what we wanted with respect to price/trade-in etc., and he could not have been more accommodating and professional......no hard-sale pressure tactics nor patronizing demeanor.....he projected friendliness, trustworthiness, and helpfulness. Andrew also offered assistance while Paul was handling details so that we weren't left sitting and waiting. The administrative/paperwork process was not arduous or prolonged....I don't even think the process took much more than an hour....the car was prepped, polished, and filled with a tank of gas. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership!! More

Furthermore, the vehicle is in excellent condition. The oil is perfect, I can tell it was actually changed before going up for sale. All the fluids were good. The brakes are good too, I probably have another few months before I will need to change the rear brake pads. The rotors are in perfect condition. It appears that the rear ties are the original Bridgestone low profiles that came with the vehicle, and the grad is still good. The front ones have been replaced with a cheaper option, but this is common practice. The only reason I don't give a 5 star rating is that it would have been nice to be offered a coffee or water. I was there a few hours, but that's not the end of the world. More

No hard sells for things in fact they did everything to save me some money. Also I bought the vehicle here it was used did my research and the salesman was terrific . The finance guy was great no hard sell I bought a warranty as my son was driving it, it was expensive there was no hard sell at all. It was the best thing I ever did as I said my son drives it. JP and the warranty have saved me several times. Folks this is a good place to shop and service your car. More

I was taken advantage of more than once, lies on top of lies and tricks, They did everything they could to make sure I kept a vehicle they know I was not happy with, knowing there was other options, but dragged me along with lies on top of lies. I didn't get to test drive the vehicle nor was lead to believe the vehicle I brought was the only one I qualified for, liars. I found out I could have change the vehicle if I was not happy with it and my 2004 had more in it then this 2017 vehicle I was trick to get because I was told a lie about my credit score, there was other vehicles I know I could have gotten, but that lying saleperson worked with the lying financial person and sold me what he wanted to sale, liar liar liars including that lying manager More
