Great Experience I just purchased my second vehicle from here and I can say that both times I had a great experience. I currently live in Dayton and a salesman came a I just purchased my second vehicle from here and I can say that both times I had a great experience. I currently live in Dayton and a salesman came and delivered the new vehicle. He was very respectable and everything went smoothly. I feel that the staff at Glenbrook Dodge is very professional and they always try their best to make the customer happy even when their wants are slightly out of reach. Way to go above and beyond. I pulled into the FIAT parking lot to look (or drool) not expecting to take a test drive...but that is exactly what I did. Ken Starnes listened to what my concerns were and went about trying to match my nee expecting to take a test drive...but that is exactly what I did. Ken Starnes listened to what my concerns were and went about trying to match my needs. COULD have driven away with an Italian hottie that evening; however, I chose to sleep on it and get my head around the deal. In the meantime, Ken found an even better alternative for me...and we signed the paperwork the following day. Very comfortable with him and Mike in Finance...didn't push those add-ons like some dealerships do (and then make you feel GUILTY for not buying them). There were a few 'dings' in the paint that I pointed out and those should be taken care of shortly when the factory-paint arrives. Actually...I have a warm and fuzzy feeling about the entire staff...looked like they were having fun yet getting things done. Comfortable! More

This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own. I gave the dealership a price range that I wanted to stay within as far as monthly payments. Both Chris Noble and Mike Spitler helped! Chris Noble was an awesome car salesman, and went above and beyond to help me get a new vehicle. He found the perfect vehicle for me a 2011 Jeep Patriot 4 by 4 with only 25,000 miles on it. Nick Castillo was great to deal with. I would buy a new jeep from him again. The problem was we thought we were financed and we did alot of improvements to the jeep to make it our own. A month would go buy jeep from him again. The problem was we thought we were financed and we did alot of improvements to the jeep to make it our own. A month would go buy nothing, had to get a new paper plate. Another month, nothing. 5 months went by. That's when Matt McKibben got involved. He got us approved but we had to put $2100 more dollars down on top of the $2500 we already put down. after the 2nd signing we went home and noticed we had signed up for a extended warranty for almost $2100. what??? I called,text and left alot of messages and after a month I canceled the extended warranty myself. The warranty company sent the money to the dealership. I went into the dealership to inquire about were that money would go (i was hoping to use it towards my down payment. That when Mike Spitler told me I messed everything up and i should have called (I called and texed so much i felt like a stalker) He Mike said he was going to send the money to the finance company. He was on the phone to the accounting department 3 times. It really sounded like I was going to be able to use it but he wouldn't do it. Yes we got our Jeep but it was a pain in the butt More

I purchased 2 new 2012 Jeep Patriots from Matt Reid. Most of the transaction was done by email. Both Matt and the dealership were very helpful in finding the correct vehicles to meet my company's needs and t of the transaction was done by email. I needed a basic Jeep Patriot for my company. and walked in one day to see what they could get for me. Kasey was immediately able to locate one and printed out a quote for me to take to me controller. I sec in one day to see what they could get for me. We have been thinking about purchasing a Jeep for quite some time. Our current car was almost paid off so we decided to start looking on line to see what was available. We sent an e-mail to get some info some time. Our current car was almost paid off so we decided to start looking on line to see what was available. We sent an e-mail to get some information on Jeeps in the area. The next day we had about three emails from different sales reps willing to help. My husband went in and met with Mike and went for a test drive, needless to say he was hooked. He decided to make an appointment for me to drive one the next day. While there, Mike took the time to go through some different payment options and the difference between a new and a used Jeep. We decided that it was too good a deal to not go with a new one. We appreciated the fact that Mike was friendly and professional. He was not the typical "pushy" salesman. He called around to get exactly what we wanted and within 3 days we left the lot with a brand new Jeep. The experience with the dealership and Mike were great! Thanks, we love our new Jeep. More
