Worth Every Mile – Best Honda Dealership in the Nation! I drove over an hour and a half to visit this Honda dealership, and let me tell you — it was worth every single mile. This team is leaps and bound I drove over an hour and a half to visit this Honda dealership, and let me tell you — it was worth every single mile. This team is leaps and bounds better than any dealership I’ve experienced, especially compared to my local options. They’ve truly raised the bar for what car buying and service should look like. On June 20, I brought my vehicle in for an update, tire rotation, oil change, and brake inspection, and the service department had everything professionally completed within TWO HOURS. That level of efficiency and excellence is rare and deeply appreciated. But what really set this place apart was the customer service. The team at the front desk were hands-down some of the most helpful, informed, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever interacted with. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued — qualities that are often missing in today's customer experience. If there were a national award for dealership service, this team would be top contenders. Major shoutout to Tyler in Sales — the real MVP — for helping me find and secure my dream car. Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and sincerely excited for me throughout the entire process. It's rare to meet someone who clearly loves helping others and does so with such integrity and passion. This dealership has been the best I’ve ever worked with. The entire staff genuinely cares about the people they serve, and it shows in every interaction. Took my money, kept my car for 3 days, and gave me more problems than I came in with. The icing on the cake? They wrote, emailed, and asked me to return because my car needed more work (or did they mean problems than I came in with. The icing on the cake? They wrote, emailed, and asked me to return because my car needed more work (or did they mean I needed more working over?!). Don’t go…trust the reviews….don’t…I repeat…DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! It’s sad because some of the people were actually trying to work….this review is asking for names. I don’t want to mention names. But it won’t accept submissions….so disregard the names I pick. However management bears responsibility. More
