Scott Henry was great! The only bad part of the experience was dealing with the finance person. First, we had to wait quite a while to see him-- 1.5-2 hours. Although they offered to let us take the vehicle home and come back at our earliest convenience to finish the paperwork, we waited simply because we just wanted to get it done. I personally didn't feel comfortable leaving with a car that wasn't in my name. Also, with the finance person, we felt like he tried to sneak in an extended warranty, which also means higher total loan price. When he first explained it, he made it sound like it was included, but after asking some questions to clarify, we discovered it cost an additional $3200 (on top of the price of the vehicle). Despite the finance experience, though, I would go back to them. More

Jim was excellent! Very personal, friendly, and helpful. Patient and willing to answer questions. Very evident he wanted me to be happy with my purchase decision and I admire that. This was my first car buying experience and Vince was wonderful. Very thorough and explained things well and provided many options. He was helpful in helping me move the car buying purchase along (he worked out all the details)-Im very appreciative for all his help. These 2 men (and Mike Sullivan, who help by working out this deal with my dad) totally changed my view of this dealership. I had been in a month prior by myself and the new car sales man was not helpful. It seemed as if I was wasting his time, he stood with his hands in his pockets and when I asked to see a 2012 jeep he nodded to the showroom floor and said "there's one," to which I had to go and open the doors myself to look in it. I left and thought, I would never buy a car here! But, this shows how a sales man can make or break someones opinion based on the first impression they give. Due to my dad and Mike's business relationship I returned to the dealership and was helped by Jim and recieved a new impression from your dealership and decided to make a purchase with your branch. He went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right truck and answered all of our questions. Jon in finance expedited our loan and found and extremely competitive rate in minutes. A few signatures and we were out the door in our new Ram quad cab. We traveled from Blue Springs MO to Overland Park on a friend's recommendation, and I'll have to say that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
