I bought this truck and within 16 hours the truck was acting up and within 36 hours the supercharger wasn’t working and the check engine light was on. I spoke to the GM on the phone before making the 2 acting up and within 36 hours the supercharger wasn’t working and the check engine light was on. I spoke to the GM on the phone before making the 2 hour trip back to their dealership and he mentioned they would give me all of my money back on the f150 and an unbeatable deal on another truck. When I got to the dealership the GM wasn’t there and the dealership wanted to play games with the numbers and didn’t give me what the GM promised over the phone until 5 times going back and forth and me storming out of the dealership and driving away. All of this happened within 24 hours. They refused to undo the deal and I ended up being forced into a new f250 ($90k+ truck) verses taking back my 2024 Chevy 2500. I would never do business at this dealership again. More

Clermont ford is far and above better than other ford dealers. I have purchased two brand new cars in the past 2 mo. I worked with two other dealers in tampa,, both treated me like i was a nobody , not f dealers. I have purchased two brand new cars in the past 2 mo. I worked with two other dealers in tampa,, both treated me like i was a nobody , not friendly just rude,,, zso i drove one and a half hours to clearmont ford. Wow what a differance. All the staff very friendly very efficient. And they dont try to trick you pricing games like the tampa dealers do. There price and all fees are listed in the disclamer.I was in and out of the dealer with a good price for my trade in half the time I was at the tampa dealer. My sales man willie was very good every thing went smooth as silk. I will definitely buy my next ford at clearmont ford., thank you so much More
