I would rate this service center a solid 4. 5 out of 5 stars. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the service is usually prompt. Service specialist Diego was good. Windshield wiper arm was broken during service. Replaced at no cost, but my vehicle had to stay onsite for another day. Overall, my 2013 For Esca Windshield wiper arm was broken during service. Replaced at no cost, but my vehicle had to stay onsite for another day. Overall, my 2013 For Escape should be classified a lemon since I’ve had to spend nearly $10,000 in repairs over the years. Too many issues with hoses, leaks, engine parts, etc. it’s hard to even think about purchasing another Ford vehicle. More
