I brought my Ford Edge Titanium down originally because I was getting a message that the charging system needed service. So, they told me that I needed an alternator so I had it replaced. I left and not tw I was getting a message that the charging system needed service. So, they told me that I needed an alternator so I had it replaced. I left and not two days later I started getting the same message. So I brought the edge back, they said I needed a new battery and that battery I had was the wrong battery. They didn’t find that out on the first visit even though they said they did a thorough inspection. Now, 3 weeks later I’m getting the same message and need to take it back in. The service quality for this location has dropped drastically over the years. More

Nice to see the dealership had good selection of vehicles. Personnel were very friendly l, only frustrating part was when the Financial Officer told us we could go home to offload the trade-in, only vehicles. Personnel were very friendly l, only frustrating part was when the Financial Officer told us we could go home to offload the trade-in, only to have the salesman telling us not to go because the FO would be ready for us in a few minutes, 40 minutes later the FO was ready. They should have discussed the timing instead of frustrating and confused us. Over all we are quiet having. More
