I wish I could recommend them because I had great luck with Maita Toyota in the past. The problems began AFTER—no documents were sent home, no phone calls or emails AFTER multiple contacts. Then, I find out they have DOUBLE-FUNDED my loan! I call both banks and was informed how to proceed. I contacted the finance person who told me that I would be charged. He told me he would be in touch tomorrow and in the meantime, I was told by the salesperson (Rob) “good luck with two loans on the same car!” Maita will never again get my business. More

The sales guy was great. I was pre approved should have been super smooth sailing. Found what we wanted at the price we wanted. Then enters the liar of liars! It was up 3 grand more than we thought, and he kept telling us, "it's included in the price." We kept asking him, what about this number, what about this.. "It's included in the price." "You're already paying for it." My wife asked 3 times, why are we paying for this? "It's included in the price." It's like that's all he could say without explaining anything. Got home. Minute to breathe. Took a look again and had a little time to slow down. "it's included in the price" meant his price so he can up sale us and make some money. When they use people with shady sales add on techniques I get pissed. Only reason they got 2 stars is because of the sales guy. The "closer" hard ball guy shouldn't be able to sleep at night how manipulative he is. I'm rather embarrassed about it thought I went through everything but he got an extra three thousand and some out of us. He sold us some stolen recovery thing that I was suppose to get info for in a week, that was a lie too. It's been almost a month and nothing. They keep you waiting to pay for the car on purpose so when you get in the dungeon of the closer they know you want to go cause you've been waiting for two hours. There was no one in his office for an hour, we sat there watching. I thought I knew these games better but they are PRO! Man they're good at screwing people. Stay away from this lot. Will never take my car there for service, that's for sure. More
