The dealership was nice and clean. Everyone was super friendly. They have tons of nice cars to choose from. The salesman whom I dealt with was also very cool. My only issues with this d Everyone was super friendly. They have tons of nice cars to choose from. The salesman whom I dealt with was also very cool. My only issues with this desserts is they told me "were giving you an extre 36k coverage on the car and a bumper to bumper guarantee." Well, they didn't give it to me. I had to pay ad additional 2k for the coverage. Never told me it was more. I found put when I got home. If they would have told me that is was more I would have asked for price options and coverage. If you buy a car here make sure you ask about that additional coverage. It was deceiving and i don't appreciate it. Everything else was fine. More

He took the time to explain everything and allowed us to test drive 2 cars. After the paperwork was completed (very simple process) he walked us out to our car on which he had placed a big red bow. Then he took a picture of us standing next to our "new" car. We won't go to any other dealership in the future. Thanks Mike!! More

I must say that Mike is the most pleasant, helpful, and accommodating salesman I've ever encountered. The Acura MDX that we test drove exceeded all our expectations, the price was exactly as stated on the website, and there was absolutely no pressure at any time to make the purchase. Mike couldn't have been more helpful in arranging for us to buy the car and holding it for our daughter to come the next day so that we could finalize the paperwork in her name. I have bought many cars over the years but Mike's professionalism, personality, and friendliness made this purchase one of the very best. And enjoyable. Go to Automotive Avenues for your next used car purchase, and see Mike. You wont be disappointed. More
