We were forgotten and had to drive a lesser vehicle for 3 MO I have never heard of a vehicle being tied up for 3 months. The frustrating part is that we continued to make our payments on a Jeep Grand Cherokee L I have never heard of a vehicle being tied up for 3 months. The frustrating part is that we continued to make our payments on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for 3 months while driving a down sized Cherokee. We dropped the vehicle off on August 28 (third time for the same transmission leak) and did not get it back until November 26! We appreciated having a rental provided and the people were friendly enough but it just doesn't feel right. Chances of us continuing down the Grand Cherokee path are slim to none:( More

Three trips to correct an alignment issue Took in my Jeep for an oil change and was told my wheel camber was off. After I got my vehicle back the steering wheel was out of center and the vehic Took in my Jeep for an oil change and was told my wheel camber was off. After I got my vehicle back the steering wheel was out of center and the vehicle pulled to the right! Took it back the next day and it was worse! Went back again and took the service Mgr. for a ride and he confirmed my complaint. Left it for a third time and with his supervision they got it right? More

Won't fix a car under warranty I purchased a lifetime warranty for my car (back in 2007) Most repairs are fully covered as they fall under the warranty. For over 6 months now, I hav I purchased a lifetime warranty for my car (back in 2007) Most repairs are fully covered as they fall under the warranty. For over 6 months now, I have dropped off my car 3 or 4 times for the SAME PROBLEM - transmission trouble. Every other time they have told me "we can't find anything wrong with the car." This last time, they actually told me they were able to fix the transmission, but the parts are on backorder and it will take 6 weeks to complete. I was okay with waiting for my car to FINALLY get repaired. But after one week of being without a car, I received a phone call saying that they can no longer find the problem and they can't fix what they cannot find. So, now I am back to square 1 - AGAIN. This sounds to me like they don't want to do a costly repair on an older vehicle. What a sham. More
