The gentleman that helped me was calling his co-worker a F***ing idiot at least 5 times to me a customer. They weren't able to complete the inspection so I had to come back another time to get that done alo F***ing idiot at least 5 times to me a customer. They weren't able to complete the inspection so I had to come back another time to get that done along with my basic maintenance. They also tried to charge me around $130 when I already have a maintenace package that covers all that. They changed the price to $25, but it should've been free of charge. I paid about $2k when I bought my vehicle for that maintenace package, but still get charged. I recently moved to the Annapolis area from Alexandria. Haven't had any issues at other Ford dealerships. Malloy Ford of Alexandria is fantastic. Koons Ford of Annapolis is terrible. Will never go back to this dealership. More
