I have been taking my car here for service for over 9 years, and after my last visit, I will never go there again. The service department is the least customer-focused team I have ever dealt with. They acted as if they were annoyed when I showed up with 3 major warning lights on my dashboard on a Friday morning. They curtly responded that they couldn't look at it until next week and took my keys. They didn't ask if I had a way home, they didn't offer me a service loaner car and they didn't offer me a shuttle ride. I made my own arrangements for a rental car and left dismayed. When the service manager called me on Tuesday, he presented a list of work that needed to be performed and the associated costs. One of the items was to replace my 4 TPMS sensors. I informed him that the service department had replaced them the previous year, and if they had gone bad, it should be warranty work. He finally bothered to look up my service records in their system and confirmed I was correct. He said the parts I needed wouldn't be in until Wednesday and I would most likely get the car back on Friday. I asked if they could have the body shop there perform a minor cosmetic fix while they were waiting for the part to arrive. The car was ready on Friday, as promised. I arrived at the service department to pick it up and asked about the body work. The service person informed me rather disinterestedly "We didn't do that". No explanation, no apology, no customer service whatsoever. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars at this dealership, but they are never getting another dime from me. Their customer service is terrible, and if I hadn't been on top of things, they would have charged me for work that should have been covered under warranty. More
