Great Car buying experience We found the car we wanted on cars.com. We came in and spoke with your sales rep: he took time to listen to your needs and went over our options. We found the car we wanted on cars.com. We came in and spoke with your sales rep: he took time to listen to your needs and went over our options. We didn't purchase the car on our initial trip in but eventually decided it was the one a couple days later. We went back in, the staff was again very friendly and very knowledgeable about the pruducts. We sat down with your finance manager and negotiated a great deal. We are very satisfied with our experience and our purchase. More

We did research online and found the Internet Sales staff to be wonderful ... Much better than the other dealership in LS that asked 2 questions and hung up on my wife. Jenise made an appointment for us and Sam was wonderful. We had an appointment that was met perfectly. The car we desired was already out on a test drive so we waited a few minutes. We liked the certified Enclave and bought it. We were happily processed in about 2 hours and out the door with our new-to-us / used Enclave. Could not be happier. THANKS for a GREAT EXPERIENCE. More

Patience was the key in my wonderful service Jose Chaves was my Salesman he was a very kind and well spoken young man. He took his time and really was patient with me, I am a very picky young lad Jose Chaves was my Salesman he was a very kind and well spoken young man. He took his time and really was patient with me, I am a very picky young lady, but he made me feel worried free. Sometimes searching for a car can be stressful, but he made all my stress go away. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to all these new technology cars, and that helped me out a whole lot. He was fun to be around made jokes and made me smile. Also the Finance guy Mike Trouba was the man with the master plan, he search and search until he found me the best deal, he was very kind and kept it real with me he reminded me a lot like my dad. Overall the service was awesome. I was very shocked. I am use to going into a dealership with aggressive old men walking the floors and rushing you into buying anything. I am a very satisfied/happy customer. Thanks Jose & Mike I promise to make you both cookies haha!!!! More

They were ready when we arrived and we did not have to wait or return later because they forgot a document. We have had this experience with other dealerships.
