Double gasket oil filter oil dripping out as pulling out of dealership employees saw didn't try to run down and correct. Just left phone message. Drove around and found message upon arrival at home. Truck h of dealership employees saw didn't try to run down and correct. Just left phone message. Drove around and found message upon arrival at home. Truck had lost 25+% of the oil on a new 4000 mile truck. What damage was done to life of engine. I believe dealership owes me one of their lifetime powertrain warranty. If no damage down engine should last if damage was done duets their incompetence then I don't have to worry. Pretty bad when the dealership can't serve the vehicles they sell properly. Feel free to contact me especially with the lifetime power train warranty I believe you owe me. More

Called booked an oil change and asked to make sure they had the parts on hand was told they did. Two hours into my wait they informed me no oil filter but it was coming from a local auto parts. My one hour had the parts on hand was told they did. Two hours into my wait they informed me no oil filter but it was coming from a local auto parts. My one hour oil change turned into nearly 4 hour wait. I am angry because I drive 62 miles one way to get there. That was the last oil change in a package I bought and I won’t be going back. This has happened twice. More

I was very pleased with the fact they put covers over my seat. I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall, but to also clean grease from my roof from the last time I was there for an oil change. They cleaned seat. I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall, but to also clean grease from my roof from the last time I was there for an oil change. They cleaned it up very nicely and I appreciate not having grease on my white seats. Thanks for taking good care of my vehicle. More

Mike. Trump is always very helpful. I had tire trouble and I was on the interstate. I turned around and came to the dealership, but called, because it was Trump is always very helpful. I had tire trouble and I was on the interstate. I turned around and came to the dealership, but called, because it was time for an oil change also, to see if they would be able to do that as well. The lady that I talked to told me it would be about 1:30 that afternoon before I could get the oil changed. Mr. Trump usually handles my maintenance and that is the reason. When I got there, he told me that ya'll would be glad to handle my oil change and I was out of the dealership with my tires looked at and the oil change in about 1 1/2 hours. I was very pleased. More
