Work completed reasonably quickly over 2 visits. First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. Warranty work part ordered. 2nd visit to replace First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. Warranty work part ordered. 2nd visit to replace part, done quicker than expected. Pick up process inadequate. My vehicle was parked across the road, had to ask to find it. While I appreciate the protective Mats seat cover and steering wheel covers used while working on my vehicle, I believe they should be removed by tech and my vehicle locked after the work is done. Overall work was done appears to have corrected the problem at this time. More
