Service technician forgot to check off on brake pads wear. I ask about it and he said he forgot to record on the check off sheet so not sure he inspected them or not. Great guy.The atmosphere of the Service department seemed stripped down and a little cold compared to the previous dealership owner. I have purchased a lot of vehicles from the previous owners for about 40 years and using the service department for the last 20 years. Wasn’t happy with this experience. More

Oil change went fine but took over an hour even though no one was in line waiting for an oil change but us. Everyone was very nice. The problem was getting a new battery in my key fob.
