Nissan of Easley is, without a doubt, the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. If you take your vehicle here for service, my advice based on my personal experie experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. If you take your vehicle here for service, my advice based on my personal experience is to pay very close attention to what happens before and after you leave. A few months ago, I brought my vehicle to Benson Nissan of Easley for a simple oil change. As soon as I picked up my vehicle, I noticed something was wrong. I immediately questioned it and returned the following morning. After waiting approximately an hour, I was told that the problem was caused by a wooden stick in my tire. I never saw the alleged stick, and what makes this situation even more frustrating is that there is apparently no notation in my service records documenting that explanation. Fast-forward to today. I took my vehicle to another Nissan dealership in Greenville, SC, and they discovered an issue with my oil pan/drain plug and would not perform the oil change until the problem was corrected. I now have to spend more than $400 to have the necessary work completed. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have documentation, photographs, video, and records concerning what happened. The Greenville Nissan dealership also has video documentation related to the condition of my vehicle. I contacted Benson Nissan of Easley because all I wanted was to be reimbursed for the cost of correcting a problem that I believe resulted from the previous service. Instead, the only resolution offered by the owner’s son was for me to bring my vehicle back to their dealership so they could look at it. After already returning once because something was wrong with my vehicle, why would I voluntarily put my vehicle back in the same situation? If you took your vehicle to a mechanic to have your brakes repaired and continued having problems afterward, would you keep taking your vehicle back without question? I wouldn’t. This isn’t about the amount of money. $400 may not seem like a lot to some people, but it’s still $400 that I should not have had to spend correcting a problem I believe was caused by someone else’s work. And I want to make something else very clear: just because someone works an hourly job doesn’t mean their money doesn’t matter. Hard-working people work too hard for their money to simply absorb costs when something goes wrong and the business refuses to take responsibility. I gave Benson Nissan of Easley an opportunity to make this right. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I will be keeping and sharing my documentation through the appropriate channels, including my service records, photographs, video, and receipts, so that people can see the facts for themselves. Based on my personal experience, I will NEVER allow this service department to work on my vehicle again. If you’re considering having your vehicle serviced here, please do your research and make your own informed decision. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe accountability matters—regardless of how much or how little money is involved. More

Edward was amazing! !! He was hands on every step of the way and he really helped me and my family get into a vehicle in a timely manner after a car accident resulting in !! Our sales rep was so knowledgeable and informative that we felt very welcome. She wasn’t trying to talk us into anything. She even let us drive the car in the showroom! So we bought it.
