Twenty Five Years since I sold my first car and I remember that day like it was yesterday, a recent Poly grad, on my eighteenth birthday, Mr. & Mrs. Joseph from East 30th Street in Baltimore, they were the nicest people, as soon as they said YES, I was hooked. I love helping people, it’s not work when you love what you do. So many great people I have had the privilege of serving over these years and every one of them means the world to me. I’ve been blessed to meet and work with some of the best people in my career, both coworkers and customers. I believe that customer service is not a thing on a pie chart, but a way of living. Since then, I have married my then girlfriend and been blessed with six wonderful kids. We live in Baltimore County and stay busy transporting and cheering on the sports teams and events they enjoy.
