My husband brought my car in for service and was appalled that no one was wearing masks. That included all personnel from service people, to sales people, and everyone else. This is the second time that he i that no one was wearing masks. That included all personnel from service people, to sales people, and everyone else. This is the second time that he is gone and had our car serviced and mentioned at our last visit that this was a big problem. Much to his surprise nothing had changed. The only person wearing a mask was the driver who drove him home in between his appointments. We will not be going back to hilltop Chevrolet unfortunately, as we have just moved to Rochester..We will continue working with the people in Dover. This is the second time I have written this review as I cannot submit without indicating someone who we dealt with. Unfortunately we do not remember that person but was still stunned by your lack of caring for your customers and their safety.I will randomly click on someone’s name was average. We are so disappointed in your overall lack of concern for your customers, employers, and general public More

Had the solenoid replaced. Check Engine Light returned on 3 miles down the road. Brought it back and was told it was a new issue. The paperwork stated that it has been Checked for leaks after the solenoid re 3 miles down the road. Brought it back and was told it was a new issue. My starter failed and I had to have my truck towed to them. They fixed it within 24 hours. I work for myself and cannot work without my truck. Even though they were busy they got me back on the road quic them. They fixed it within 24 hours. I work for myself and cannot work without my truck. The whole crew at Hilltop are friendly and knowledgeable. The black Lab is especially friendly and loves to play fetch.
