Wow, I had a less than desirable experience at another Wow, I had a less than desirable experience at another dealer, so I was not looking forward to more car shopping. I emailed 4 of the dealers for new Wow, I had a less than desirable experience at another dealer, so I was not looking forward to more car shopping. I emailed 4 of the dealers for new mazdas in columbus, only 2 dealers responded with a quote on my new mazda in red. I did not have a good experience with the used department for the other dealership, so I decided to check out Germain. Tim, the Sales manager was very understanding of my need for no bull, and Lew was informative, and non pushy. Both gentlemen were wonderful to deal with, not stressful at all. After a test drive in the model (the color I wanted was not at the dealership) I decided the car was perfect for my needs. Tim worked to find me a red Mazda 5 and Lew or Tim (not sure which one) arranged for me to have my car the next day. The Finance manager was fabulous, non pushy, informative and everyone was wonderful at the dealership. I wish I could afford to buy a car at the dealership every week because the experience was so pleasant. The only reason I gave a 4 on price was that I don't agree with a 250 doc fee which is customary to charge by all of the dealers. I would have had to pay that fee no matter the dealer, but I certainly think it is a fee that is a bit to much. More
