When my wife and I arrived at Schaumburg Honda in search of a new car, he was the first one to greet us at the entrance. He instinctively guessed that we speak our common mother language. So, we could communicate freely in both English and Korean. Mike quickly found what our interest is and what we need. Is explanations on Honda car technologies helped us narrow our search. He was friendly and persuasive. After we tried other car dealers in and around town we eventually returned to Schaumburg Honda because we felt we could trust him.
