Good car, most experiences pleasant This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this facility. We have used the service department a number of times and have been very pleased. Out buying wxperi now this weekend was less than desirable. We were at the dealer for 4 hours although I don’t understand why it took so long. We were very specific on our costs and length of contract yet it took our salesman 5 times going back and forth to ultimately end where we wanted. Additionally, we were never given a straight answer by our salesman in regards to specific details of our sale. It was quite disappointing. It didn’t seem to matter how many times we explained why we came in or what we were looking for it didn’t seem as if our salesman was really listening to us or paying attention to our needs. I will more than likely go back to this dealership but I will most likely seek out a different salesman. More
