My husband & I went in to look at what Honda had to offer. Mikel came on to the lot and induced him self answered all the questions we had. The thing I remember from buying a Honda before was how pleasant it was to deal with no presure on buying a car. Mikel, was just like I was dealing over 20 years ago. e bought a Passport today and the whole experience was easy and they were kind. While we were there a dealer we had visited earlier in the day text and said they would get us a nicer model, in the color I easy and they were kind. While we were there a dealer we had visited earlier in the day text and said they would get us a nicer model, in the color I wanted, for less money and have it there today. Well, how he was trying to do this was by doing a dealer swap. Our salesman at CDA Honda warned us to be careful because he might be promising something he doesn’t have. Long story short - Mikel Ethington, our salesman at CDA Honda - allowed us space to figure out if this other dealer was for real or not, was so patient while we were deciding, and ended up being right. The other dealer did not have this car to offer. So, we bought here and are happy with our purchase and the experience! More
