I went to Cookeville Nissan on a Saturday to buy a vehicle that I had found online. The Internet Salesman (possibly manager) Mike/Mikey Delk helped me via text with all of the questions that I had. He also made a detailed video and texted it over to me. Texting was convenient for me, so he was great in returning texts. I answered texts when I could, and he returned them as soon as he could. Just understand that you should not expect an immediate response to a text. Just an FYI and a realistic expectation due to them receiving texts through their computer and they may be helping another customer. He will get back with you ASAP. If you were to call, he would take as much time with you as needed. But like I said, I preferred texting and it worked out great. Mike’s video was spot on. I made the hour long drive. Did my test drive, etc. Just be aware that the price given is provided you finance with them. I did not know that. I went along with it and will pay off the loan in a couple of months. That info was not provided to me as I planned to pay with my own finances. So make sure you negotiate/prepare for that. I had to wait a while to sign the papers. Between those two things..4 out of 5 stars. Mike is 5 out of 5. More
