I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Century West BMW through salesperson Fabie Dashti. Before completing the purchase, he acknowledged an existing problem with the car and clearly promised that the deal through salesperson Fabie Dashti. Before completing the purchase, he acknowledged an existing problem with the car and clearly promised that the dealership would repair it. Unfortunately, that promise has not been honored. Since the purchase, I have contacted him multiple times by text and email (including on August 4, 2025) but received no proper response. After several follow-ups, I was told only that “the person in charge is not available” and that I “might have to bring the car in,” without any clear resolution. This shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. At this point, I no longer trust this dealership to handle the repair. I have requested that the cost of repair be covered directly at a Tesla authorized service center, since this is the only fair solution. A dealership of BMW’s reputation should not treat customers this way—ignoring messages, delaying responsibility, and failing to fulfill commitments made at the point of sale. I strongly caution other customers to be extremely careful when dealing with Century West BMW and with salesperson Fabie Dashti. Promises must be kept, and customers deserve honesty and respect. More
