We have nothing bad to say about our recent car purchase. Everything went smooth and as expected from a car sale. Only issue is Arrigos add-ons charges. This purchase was the 13th car purchase I have made during my lifetime and the added charges are very high. One of those mandatory add-ons is $3000 for a package of unnecessary junk. That package should be optional. More

Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive Sales Practices My experience at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass was shockingly unprofessional. After agreeing on a lease deal for a 2025 Ram 1500 with salesman M Practices My experience at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass was shockingly unprofessional. After agreeing on a lease deal for a 2025 Ram 1500 with salesman Milot Vancol, including a specific down payment and monthly price, the offer sheet he sent was riddled with errors. When I pointed this out, he refused to correct it. Sales Manager Kenny Kelly then got involved, assuring me the situation would be "made right." He even confirmed the agreed-upon down payment over the phone. However, after driving over 60 miles to the dealership, we discovered Mr. Kelly had misled us. The down payment was hundreds of dollars more than promised. He dismissed this as a "misunderstanding" and offered no apology for wasting our time or blatantly misleading us. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I emailed General Manager Andrew Vislosky detailing this experience and received no response. This complete lack of accountability is appalling. I urge anyone considering Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass to be extremely cautious. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customers is a huge red flag. More
