GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH I bought a Lincoln MKZ that I saw on CarGurus.com I dealt with several different people on the telephone while negotiating the purchase, all of which I bought a Lincoln MKZ that I saw on CarGurus.com I dealt with several different people on the telephone while negotiating the purchase, all of which were very nice and respectful. I flew to Michigan City, IN from South Carolina to pick the car up. They picked me up from the airport. My husband and I were treated very well and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars - when I spoke about financing on the phone I was told an approximate interest rate with a good credit rating (mine is excellent), and when I signed the paperwork I discovered that the rate was much higher and there had been no communication with me concerning that. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealer, and you should request to see Milt - He was wonderful! More

He listened to what we wanted and showed us a variety of F150's to choose from. He explained the differences and the plus and minuses for each unit. Completely honest and upfront. He treated us right and worked with us through out the complete process. And I am not an easy car customer being part of the basic industry. Pleasantly surprised. The finance manager Felix Sanchez also worked hard to find the correct financing for my wife. All in All it was a great experience. More
