After searching many dealerships and sitting in and driving many cars, I had all but given up. I then came upon Sutherlin Nissan, Ft. Pierce. DONT GO HERE - Read all the reviews - We made an agreement on price in writing prior to me going into the dealership. I live an hour and half away and didn't want to waste my time. I received a full price breakdown from the general manger with the truck vin# and information on it. We went back and forth for two days and came to terms on an agreed out the door price. I confirmed multiple times all the numbers and had additional pictures of the truck sent to me. All looked good so I made the trip up there. I sat down with Milton the salesman and he simply said we cant do the deal on that truck. I showed him the emails and general manager approved price brake down and agreement. He said that it didn't matter and they couldn't do the deal. I guess they figured if I made the drive I wouldn't go home empty handed. The old bait and switch from unprofessional, want to be business people. It is horrible dealerships like this that make the whole car buying process ridiculous. Have fun waiting for another UP. More
