During and after test drives, he did not push or hassle or try to mislead me into a quick sale or different car that I was describing to meet my needs. He gave detailed explanations, was very knowledgeable and settled on a fair trade in price for my 2013 corolla and neither he or any other sales staff tried to push me into any extra add-ons while closing the sale! Ended up with what I really wanted I was looking to buy a car and went with one car on the brain. Had done all my research about this one car. I got there and Mr Noah, myself, and husba I was looking to buy a car and went with one car on the brain. Had done all my research about this one car. I got there and Mr Noah, myself, and husband came to a deal that we like. We agreed on this car and they would have have to go and pick it up because it was at another dealer. Upon leaving the dealership I walked out and noticed another car that caught my eye as well as my husband. To make a long story short I ended with the second car but I must say how pleased I am with it. I was done with the second deal in no time. And in no way did anyone make me feel uncomfortable for changing my mind. Mr Noah was very patient with me, even taking the time to let me test drive this car. For this I am thankful and will recommend lakeside Toyota. More
