Best Car Buying Experience, EVER!! I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruz I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruze. I did the prequalification process prior to beginning my search. I found a Chevy Cruze on Dave Gill Chevrolet website and I immediately got a response from Miranda, asking me when I could come in and test drive a car. This was late in the evening so I was surprised that someone was even available. The next morning I got a call to set up a time. I was told to ask for Tracey Saura when I came in. I went in and Tracey met me at the door, I test drove the car. She thoroughly explained all the features of the car so that I knew what everything was. She encouraged driving on the freeway, which I really liked. I got back to the salesroom and Tracey asked me what I wanted to do. I let her know exactly what I was putting down and what kind of payment I wanted. I had several managers come up and great me during my experience there and the more we talked, I felt like a part of the family. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to get everything finalized and took the car home that same night. Next morning Tracey reached out to me to see if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I would recommend anyone to Dave Gill Chevrolet and have them ask for Tracey! More

It was clear that the staff there communicates well with each other. I first inquired about the van I got today online. I received a phone call the next day for an appointment to come see it. Everyone involved with the process was very kind, respectful and professional. I felt comfortable and confident that I went to the right dealership. I left today in a van that accommodates my large family. I couldn't have been more pleased with the team there. No one was pushy or rude. It was awesome. I highly recommend anyone to check out their inventory when looking for a new or used vehicle. You won't regret it. More

Allen was professional, knowledgable, and extremely personable. We felt so comfortable talking with him and trusted him from the first few moments we spoke to him. I wouldn't think about purchasing a future vehicle from anyone except Dave Gill. Kevin has a wonderful group working for him, and we felt he was VERY fair with the purchase price and our trade-in. THE MIRACLE WORKERS I needed a car really really bad. I was REALLY reluctant to look beyond my current situation, because i have been struggling for so long, it was nearly impossible for me to see a ray of sunshine, for any reason, UNTIL, I WENT TO DAVE GILL CHEVROLET. I MUST TELL ANYONE, WHO IS SEARCHING FOR A VEHICLE ........GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Not only were they understanding, and caring, they told me they would work something out for me and THEY DID!!!!!!!!!!!!. I came away with MORE THAN I EXPECTED. They were willing to take a chance on me, patience, and caring. They helped find a vehicle that would work for my personal situation. They helped me begin a new start with rebuilding my credit, and i really needed the help too. . They have GREAT customer service and i would NOT hesitate to send anyone to them. Great experience Found my vehicle online. Scheduled a test drive for the next evening. Upon arriving the truck as promised was out front waiting on my arrival. A neon Found my vehicle online. My sales associate is Shane Pulley. His approach to sticking with the facts of the vehicle, to answering all our questions and without any high pressure sales tactics. This method unto itself sealed the deal on the purchase of the truck. After test driving and seeing the overall appearance of the truck I had decided I wanted the truck. Normally I as a personal rule take 24 hours before deciding if I am going to make the purchase. I was totally confident while reviewing the particulars of the truck that I was buying it then and their providing the financing would have been approved meeting my conditions. The more I drive it, the follow-up sales and service has been stellar. I am totally satisfied with the Dave gill experience. Great Expierence! We went to Dave Gill seeking a replacement vehicle after having totaled my Equinox. I was looking to purchase another Equinox, possibly upgrading to a V-6 engine. The entire experience at Dave Gill was great. My husband was emailed by Miranda the evening before with a vehicle the dealership thought would work. Not only was it a V-6, it was loaded and beautiful! They gave us an estimated monthly payment which was very accurate. This was all before stepping foot into the showroom! When we arrived the next morning the Equinox was waiting for us in our own labeled spot, and a hang tag in the window stating "Reserved for Mr. and Mrs. ____". Talk about making us feel special! Tracey Saura was our sales person, she is terrific! She's smart, funny, and really enjoys what she does. Tracey made us feel comfortable, she joked with us and we had a good time with her! Kevin the assistant GM, Matt the GM, Lisa the Finance Person, Steve the Service Manager, and everyone else there were as kind as could be and really did their best to make us comfortable! We even received an applause after the deal was done! I couldn't be happier with my beautiful car or with the service, attention and ease of sale we received from Tracey and everyone at Dave Gill Chevrolet! More
