Parts for my truck were on backorder, it took a month and a half for the parts to arrive. I received an email stating that the parts had arrived, and when I called to set up an appointment, I was told that t a half for the parts to arrive. Followed back up on my own on a few days later, to find that the parts had arrived. Service was scheduled for Saturday, which took about three hours and I was never offered a courtesy vehicle. Being that I just purchased the vehicle a little over a month ago, I figured that would be a nice gesture for my business. Jonathan took good care of me along with another gentleman that took my vehicle and got it washed after the service was complete. The truck is running fine now. More
