They are very unprofessional they promise things and they take it back. They register a car let you take it because you’re approved and 4 days after they ask you to returned because was a mistake. This was a frustrating visit! I returned for an oil change that was requested on a previously scheduled appointment and NOT COMPLETED. I am a snowbird and wanted my last complim I returned for an oil change that was requested on a previously scheduled appointment and NOT COMPLETED. I am a snowbird and wanted my last complimentary oil change before heading north. Apparently I hadn't hit the exact mileage mark for it altho the cutoff date was in two weeks. So, time lost to discuss this with dealership that eventually agreed to make up the oil change service after my Japan vacation. From parking my car for service until leaving the pull up afterward, servicing the "ONLY for" OIL CHANGE SERVICE took 5 minutes less than TWO HOURS--WITH AN APPOINTMENT NO LESS! Not nearly as efficient as a Vavoline!!!!! Yes, I would recommend this service center, but with limitations and recommendation to execute what the customer asked for in the first place. More
