Sarah Tzeo pulled together a trade in value on our existing car that we considered fair and in line with our own research without the headache of negotiating that. Ethan Drakeley walked us through the controls of the car, really a rolling super computer, and somehow made it all make sense. He offers a 200 level course on iDrive I may take him up on. And Andy Sanders got us through the finial paperwork effortlessly and we always appreciate how Kuni knows how to handle Washington vehicle registration. Another wonderful car buying experience! Amazing experience with Joseph Taft!! This is our second experience buying a car at Kuni BMW with Mitch Allee and although they were both great - the addition of our BMW Genius, Joseph Taf This is our second experience buying a car at Kuni BMW with Mitch Allee and although they were both great - the addition of our BMW Genius, Joseph Taft, made our second experience even better than the first. He is so patient, informative, and made the test drive and buying process fun! I am not very tech savvy to say the least so he was able to figure out what I would love best about my new X3 and explain things to me in layman's terms. We have no doubt that we will buy our next car there again and just hope that the great team Joseph and Mitch made will be there again!! More

My experience at Kuni BMW Ethan was the best choice for me. We had immediate rapport and he was patient and very knowledgeable at the first meeting when I still had not select Ethan was the best choice for me. We had immediate rapport and he was patient and very knowledgeable at the first meeting when I still had not selected the model I wanted. He made that process very comfortable and enjoyable. When my car was delivered he was patient and intuitive - he asked what features he could set up for me and while the purchase of a new BMW and all of the bells and whistles can be daunting while you are extremely excited about your new car, he was patient, calm and accommodating. Excellent closing experience Although it is always exciting to buy a new car- especially a BMW, I have found that the completion of the final contract paper work to often be a ted Although it is always exciting to buy a new car- especially a BMW, I have found that the completion of the final contract paper work to often be a tedious experience. Even though the price has been settled, it seems like there is a non ending number of forms that need to be signed and initialed. Mitch Allee set me up with Joseph Taft while the initial paper work was being set up. Joseph did an excellent job of clearly explaining the many technology features of the 4 series BMW that I was purchasing. Joseph sat in the car with me and and systematically demonstrated both the car's controls and displays and also the features of the iDrive system. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations. I was quite impressed how much He was able to clearly communicat in the 30-45 minutes he spent with me. So by the time this training was done the paper signing went quickly. More

Wonderful experience Joseph was a joy to work with. He had the patients of Job when explaining some of the computer workings to me. I have never had a car with so much t Joseph was a joy to work with. He had the patients of Job when explaining some of the computer workings to me. I have never had a car with so much to learn about it. He made me feel comfortable driving off for my 3 hours drive home. I will schedule a follow up with him to answer question that may come up and learn more. Mitch was a great sales representative for the company. I appreciated his help throughout the process. He was always available for me to email or call when I was concerned about things. Tyler explained things well, was very personable and willing to answer questions that I had. This was my second purchase from this dealership and I would not go anywhere else. My complete experience was fun, relaxed, and exciting. Sally Baker. More
